This plant really exceeded my expectations I still have it in its original pot and soil and it’s growing exponentially due to a recent move I’ll put it in a place with no sunlight for a while and when I finally put it in its final destination it was bigger and stronger than I have ever seen a snake plant I really would recommend . I’ve been trying to get in to planting ever since the lockdown, I’ve tried planting flowers & that failed miserably. Then I thought why not start easy this time around with a succulent because it’s really, really hard to kill them & it helps the air quality in the room according to my abundance of googling. It was nicely packaged, but the dirt spilled so much (so make sure you open it under a newspaper or outside ‘cause it’s messy). The snake plant is so cute & it’s live so I’m assuming that it means it’ll continue to grow, but I have to see that (I really hope the snake plant doesn’t die on me lol).

So whenever I need a hostess gift this is the plant that I purchase because nobody can kill this plant! You can’t over or under water it… A gross beautifully in the ground or in the pot. It’s better than flowers because you just throw them in the garbage when they die… I bought the plant to my girlfriend that was in the hospital and she loved it! She sent me a picture of it two weeks later she had put it in her house with some crystals on the soil and said she loved it!

Beautifully arranged and well cared for fully rooted Sansevieria. An incredible deal, and it’s growing perfectly. A little trick that I like to do is to leave it in the pot that it’s planted and sent it, and then I just place the small plastic pot inside a bigger decorative clay pot – then I put potting soil all around it so it looks like it’s potted in the bigger pot without disturbing the roots (until it grows and then I’ll repot it fully).

Snake plant was packaged very well. Arrived in perfect condition. Ordered in the summer. 4 days in transit from Florida to Maryland via UPS. Soil was in tact. No leaves broken. See pictures of how it was packaged. There was plastic covering the pot to keep the soil from coming out, and then paper around it. The box was long and just the right shape and size to hold the plant. Good experience with this company. Other pics of the plant just taken out of the packaging, and of the plant re-potted. Looks great!

This purchase over exceeded my expectations. I’ll admit I purchased this item expecting damage from shipping it’s just one of those things no one can control. However absolutely perfect wrapping by the seller insured amazing protection of Nona. All leaves intact, no damage, still some dampness in the soil for transport (not overwatered).
To top it off being a big supporter of animal rescue they donate to the local shelter to help animals that are at risk of euthanasia!!!
I purchased this item not knowing they support animals and it just made me even more happy about my purchase!!!

Ordered these 2 snake plants 3 days ago and they arrived quickly. These plants were packaged well and completely in tact. They very healthy and sturdy. No brown spots or anything. They came well watered which means I won’t have to water them for almost a month. I have been reading up on this plant because I wanted to start my plant life with easy to care for plants. I have ordered from Plants for Pets before and they always satisfy! My snake plant arrived a day early beautifully packaged and a gorgeous specimen. In repotting I noticed 2 healthy offshoots coming up. The plant is vibrantly healthy with not a mark or ding on any of the leaves. It’s on a bit of a sale so don’t hesitate and get one…or two! When I opened the package with the snake plants in it, I couldn’t believe my eyes! They were packed wonderfully, and it took me a while to get through the packaging, but the plants are absolutely perfect. I ordered three, and I’m tempted to order some more soon. I definitely would recommend this supplier. These plants arrived in the best condition of any of the many many plants I’ve ordered in the last few months. It is obvious that they care about their plants. They are all at least a foot tall and have five or six leaves coming out, and are absolutely beautiful. I ordered this just before/during a bad winter storm and the mail was delayed due to the weather. Sadly my plant arrived dead and limp because it had frozen from the cold weather and the delay in arriving. I emailed Altman Plants directly requesting a replacement or refund with a picture of my dead plant. They replied promptly with apologies on the delay due to the weather and offered to send me a replacement right away. I received my replacement in perfect condition with an added bonus air plant for the trouble! I will definitely be ordering more plants from Altman in the future. 🙂

This plant came in as described. The plant was healthy, the soil was proper and not messed up, and this plant looks like it will survive with no issues at all. Plus it came with a really nice thank you and plant care card, showing how my purchase helps animals in need. I would definetly recommend this seller. I bought the snake plant for its air purification qualities after reading that nasa uses this in their space stations. They sell it at lowes near me, but they dont take care of the plants and over watered all of them so they are all yellowed leaves. I wanted to get this in my house so i can start working on the air quality and plan to propogate it once it starts getting bigger. Plant had 4 sets of leaves on it when it arrived.

This was my first live plant purchase from Amazon and probably won’t be my last. I am terrible with plants and can hardly keep anything alive. I heard these snake plants were easy so I figured I would give it a try. The plant was securely and safely packaged. It arrives in the plastic container pot – similar to how they come in stores. I will need to transfer it to a real pot eventually. So far, it is sitting on my kitchen window sill to catch some brief, winter sunlight.

I hastily ordered a snake plant during the winter storm we just had, not realizing until afterwards that the freezing temperatures (and delayed shipping, thanks USPS) would most likely damage the plant. I voiced my concerns to the seller and they assured me if the plant came damaged they would send me a replacement. The plant arrived well packaged and alive. There is some damage to each of the 5 leaves, and it is a little bit smaller than the photo but that is not a problem at all. Definitely worth the money!

As expected/pictured. The first photo shows it after transplanting into a pot which was purchased separately. The little plastic pot it came in was pretty flimsy and a little crunched but no damage to the plant. I will say I noticed yesterday that you can purchase much bigger and high quality (also already in a suitable pot) at Home Depot for $20.
